Organisation and operation
The Organisation and control of this operational Department is the responsibility of a qualified team of people formed in the heart of the Company’s workforce, who bring together the necessary experience, training and qualities, to carry out these roles with a full guarantee.
Meetings take place on a quarterly basis with the different Work centres to analyse the problems arising from the operation of each service. From the subsequent review, information is passed on to the customer, giving them access to the elements they need to make a judgement on how best to use the Surveillance service they have access to.
On the other hand, this control enables us to detect the behaviour of each Security Guard in each work centre and is a way of detecting and remedying potential flaws in the Security Guard’s conduct.
